Sunday School is the church’s foundational discipleship strategy for people of all ages where they learn to think and act like Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit. Sunday School must be accessible for spiritually lost persons while simultaneously meeting the needs of growing believers.

SUNDAY SCHOOL WORKSHOP, Saturday, April 5, 2025, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon (Registration Begins @ 8:30 a.m.) at Hillcrest Baptist Church located at 50 Dr. Turfler Road, Hazlehurst, GA 31539
Several pastors have spoken to Bro. Don Patterson, Associational Missionary, expressing their concern and need for help with revitalizing/rebuilding Sunday School in their churches. The Association will be sponsoring this event and we're thankful to Rev. Fred Anderson, Pastor, 1st Baptist Church - Baxley, for helping to line up the guest speakers for each break out session for the workshop and Rev. Rusty Harper and the members of Hillcrest Baptist Church for their willingness to host this event. The theme for this workshop is "Evangelism Through Sunday School."
